Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience In this role, you will walk side by side with prospects and their families, build rapport and inspire trust as prospects decide to make Menno Haven their home. Each day will be unique, requiring the ability to prioritize, multi-task, think creatively, exercise good judgement, take initiative and employ a diverse set of skills. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families. Conduct tours of our facilities, highlighting the unique features and services. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing. Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach strategies and materials. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential prospects. Assist in organizing community events to engage with the target audience. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior living sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A genuine passion for working with seniors and their families. Understanding of the senior living industry and its trends. Prefer college degree or experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
