We provide the appointments — you focus on selling. Comer & Cross is growing our Pittsburgh sales team and looking for competitive, driven sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn at a high level. Our sales reps run 3-5+ pre-set, qualified appointments per day with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our premium concrete floor coating systems. That means no cold calling, no door knocking and no spending your day generating leads. Our marketing and appointment-setting teams build the pipeline. Your job is to run great appointments and sell. Who Does Well Here? We're looking for someone who is competitive, confident, coachable and motivated by performance. Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, roofing, windows, HVAC, remodeling, automotive sales, outside sales or another commission-based environment is a plus. You do not need previous concrete coating experience. We'll teach you the product and our sales process.

Comfortable talking with homeowners Confident asking for the sale Able to handle objections Self-motivated and dependable Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Motivated by uncapped earning potential Schedule Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays. This is a field-based position serving homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based sales position following paid training. Earnings are uncapped and based on individual performance.
