Job Description

Providing Optimal Level Customer Service Effectively Drive customer traffic to all service drives by making outbound campaign calls, while also handling inbound inquiries and appointments. Principal Duties and Responsibilitie s Meet minimum standards of 80 calls and 30 appointments Answer incoming calls promptly and effectively Handle inbound service appointment inquiries efficiently Transfer inbound calls accordingly Effectively manage campaign call lists Produce additional service traffic through outbound calls Understand the schedule of each service drive and set appointments accordingly Maintain follow-up schedule for each campaign Use extreme customer service when assisting customers with call needs Stay up to date on all dealership personnel and phone call transfer processes Professional Communication with customers Job requires a minimum 40 hours per week; 8-hour workday with allotted 1-hour unpaid lunch break Reports to: Business Development Manager Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Work Experience Requirements Understanding of Stuckey Automotive's Excellent Customer Service Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Kindness Driven and Passionate to achieve growth and goals within the BDC Excellent Communication skills
