Job Overview HomeTrust Windows & Doors is looking for motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will represent HomeTrust in local neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to our window and door replacement services, and help generate appointments for free in-home consultations. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. No previous sales experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

Visit assigned local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Introduce HomeTrust Windows & Doors and our replacement services Explain current promotions and free in-home consultation opportunities Identify interested homeowners and schedule appointments Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner Track leads and provide basic daily activity updates What are we looking for: Confident and comfortable speaking with new people Positive, professional, and motivated Good communication skills and conversational English Reliable and willing to learn Sales experience is a plus, but not required Training is provided This position is ideal for students, young professionals or anyone looking to gain hands-on sales and marketing experience while developing valuable communication skills.

Pay:

$150.00 - $400.00 per day
