Sales Development Representative Paving Division

Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and online research Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pass vetted opportunities to the Business Development Manager Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity and lead status in CRM Research target markets, potential clients, and key decision-makers in commercial, municipal, and residential sectors Follow up consistently with prospects to keep Eastern Paving top of mind Support the BD team with scheduling site visits, meetings, and follow-up communications Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, contacts, qualified leads) Qualifications 02 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role Strong phone presence and communication skills you're comfortable making a high volume of calls Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent and positive Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Interest in construction, paving, or the trades is a plus industry experience not required Valid driver's license preferred High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
