We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Lead Sales Associate to join our team at our Irish specialty retail shop. Our store offers a unique collection of Irish and Celtic gifts, jewelry, apparel, food, home goods, and more, with a strong focus on creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors. As a Lead Sales Associate, you'll take an active role on the sales floor while also helping support the day to day operation of the shop. This includes providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selections, processing sales, maintaining attractive displays, restocking merchandise, and helping keep the store organized and inviting. This position also carries additional leadership responsibilities, including helping guide other sales associates, opening and closing procedures, completing daily tasks, and helping ensure store standards are maintained when management is not present. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, enjoys working with people, and can balance great customer service with the everyday responsibilities of running a busy retail shop. Knowledge of Irish culture or products is a plus, but certainly not required. We're happy to teach someone who is eager to learn!

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
