Job Description

Liberty Tree & Landscape Management is seeking a knowledgeable, professional, and personable Tree & Landscape Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role serves as the connection between our clients and production teams, providing expert tree and landscape recommendations while managing projects from initial consultation through completion. The ideal candidate has strong arboricultural knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality tree care solutions.
Responsibilities:
Tree & Landscape Assessments Perform on-site evaluations of tree health, structure, and landscape conditions Identify pests, diseases, decay, soil issues, and tree risks Provide professional recommendations based on industry best practices Estimating & Sales Create accurate digital estimates and detailed scopes of work Recommend services including pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, and Plant Health Care (PHC) Communicate project value, safety considerations, and recommended solutions to clients Project Management & Client Relationships Serve as the main point of contact between clients and production crews Ensure work is completed according to proposal specifications and company standards Build long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients Generate repeat and referral business through trust and professionalism Safety & Industry Standards Follow

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning, tree risk assessment, and landscape health 2-5+ years of experience in arboriculture, tree care, or landscape management is required ISA Certified Arborist preferred Previous climbing, crew leader, foreman, or production experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule Valid driver's license with clean driving record Professional appearance and representation of the company
