We're looking for someone who steps in, takes ownership, communicates clearly, and is always looking for ways to get better. The Role The Sales Coordinator is the backbone of our in-house Sales Team. This role keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes while also serving as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers. You'll support sales reps, help customers navigate orders and accounts, and ensure details are handled accurately and on time. What You'll Do Customer Support & Communication Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a positive, helpful attitude Assist customers with questions about products, orders, deliveries, and website access Route inquiries to Sales Reps when appropriate, ensuring a seamless customer experience CRM & Lead Support (HubSpot) Create, update, and maintain accurate customer and prospect records Assign follow-up tasks to Sales Reps when customers download AGP guides or resources Help keep our CRM clean, current, and useful for the sales team eCommerce Support (Magento / BigCommerce) Maintain customer account information Invoice web orders, add tracking details, and communicate with customers regarding backorders Convert quotes to orders at customer request Reset customer passwords and help resolve basic website issues Notify the eCommerce team when inventory reaches zero so products can be removed from the site ERP & Order Management (Acumatica) Create and maintain accurate customer records Collect and review all required documentation to set up new customer accounts Review new account paperwork for accuracy and completeness Convert quotes to orders upon receipt of purchase orders Enter sales orders with a high level of attention to detail Create and manage RMAs and replacement orders Review part notifications, negative deltas, and backorders daily to identify split-ship opportunities Team Support Jump in to assist with special projects as needed Support the sales team in reaching their goals by keeping operations organized and efficient What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, friendly communication, both written and verbal Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new tools A service-minded attitude and a genuine desire to help others Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and accurate A team player who takes ownership and follows through Why AGP A collaborative, supportive team that values your contributions A company culture built around trust, service, and continuous improvement Work that directly supports schools and educators A role where your organization and care make a real impact every day Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, or the ability to learn quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with both customers and internal teams A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling data entry, orders, and customer information Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once The ability to prioritize effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment EOE
