Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Experienced BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our energetic sales team. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to generate leads and appointments Manage and develop a comprehensive sales pipeline by tracking prospects using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Conduct high-quality follow-ups to convert inquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, financing options, and upselling additional products or services Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients Utilize dealership experience and retail math skills to accurately assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Experience Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader customer base Experience using CRM software for managing leads, follow-ups, and sales documentation Demonstrated success in outbound sales efforts, cold calling, and upselling strategies Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and automotive industry standards Exceptional customer service skills complemented by strong public speaking abilities and phone etiquette Join us as an Experienced BDC Rep and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations while driving dealership success.
