CSR / Lead Revival Specialist | Hourly Pay Plus Bonuses Moonshot Roofing | Lancaster, PA | Full-Time | In-Office About the Role Moonshot Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company serving Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and the greater Philadelphia region. We are looking for a driven, people-first CSR / Lead Revival Specialist to join our team full-time. This is not your average customer service job. You will be the first voice homeowners hear, the follow-up that keeps leads alive, and the back-end connection that helps us close business that would otherwise walk out the door. What You Will Be Doing Answer inbound calls and respond to new leads quickly and professionally Schedule appointments and get the right information to the right people fast Follow up with leads that came in but never scheduled Reach out to homeowners same day or within 24 hours after a sales appointment to check in, address questions or objections, and keep the conversation moving Make outbound calls, send texts, and send emails to unsold and unscheduled leads in our CRM Be the neutral, helpful voice between the homeowner and our sales team when a customer needs more time or more answers Track all activity and update lead statuses in our CRM What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales support role is required Home services or roofing experience is a plus but not required Someone who is comfortable on the phone all day and knows how to build rapport quickly A person who does not guess when they do not know an answer but instead finds it and follows up Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple leads and conversations at once A team player who takes ownership of their role and wants to grow with a company that is going places Pay $18 to $22 per hour based on experience plus bonuses for scheduled appointments.
