Philadelphia & Surrounding Suburbs Menken Generators, a certified Kohler Generator Dealer , is seeking a driven Sales Representative / Outside Sales Executive to join our expanding team. We specialize in residential standby generators and are growing into commercial and industrial generator solutions . This role is perfect for someone with home improvement sales, HVAC sales, electrical sales, or outside sales experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities Develop new business by prospecting homeowners, contractors, builders, and businesses. Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide accurate proposals.

Manage the full sales cycle:

lead generation, quoting, closing, and customer follow-up. Build and maintain relationships with hardware stores, contractors, and local partners. Represent Menken Generators at trade shows, community events, and home expos . Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications 2+ years of proven success in outside sales, account management, or home improvement sales . Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and hit sales goals. Background in HVAC, electrical, construction, or building products sales is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits 100% Commission or salary plus commission Earnings potential: $60,000 - $250,000+ annually (no cap on commissions).
