Canvass neighborhoods and meet with homeowners in your territory Educate clients on financial and environmental benefits of solar energy Conduct product demos and consultative sales presentations Customize solar solutions for each home based on energy usage and design Close deals professionally while building trust and long-term relationships Develop expertise through Spartan Solar leadership and mentorship programs Who We're Looking For We're seeking people who are hungry to grow —not just employees checking boxes.
