Sales Consultant / In-Home Sales Representative Sabatini Pro Painting Media, PA Full-Time | Commission Only Sabatini Pro Painting is looking for a driven, polished, and highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We primarily sell residential interior and exterior painting projects to homeowners throughout Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Chester County , with future service expansion into gutters, roofing, and siding . What You'll Do Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners Follow our sales process and script with consistency and professionalism Close pre-set appointments Follow up on warm leads Generate some of your own opportunities through self-driven lead generation Deliver a high level of service and communication throughout the sales process Continuously improve your performance, approach, and results What Success Looks Like High NSLI Strong execution of our sales process Consistent closing performance Annual sales production in the $1M-$2M range Who We're Looking For You may be a fit if you are: A self-starter A consultative salesperson Comfortable working from a script and refining your process Coachable and committed to personal improvement Ambitious, competitive, and serious about winning Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes and building trust quickly Experience No sales experience required Previous sales experience is a plus We care more about hunger, professionalism, coachability, and execution than a perfect resume Schedule & Territory Full-time Typically 3 appointments per day Some evenings and weekends required Travel within approximately 1 hour of Media, PA All appointments are in-home Compensation Commission only Starter commission structure Increased commission tier after achieving a $100,000 month Strong income opportunity for the right person Why Join Sabatini Pro Painting?
