YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES
Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty Other related duties as assigned Position RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people Professional, ethical, and respectful Self-starter and self-motivated Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through Proficient computer skills including email High School degree Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be authorized to work in the United StatesAAP/EEO STATEMENT/ADA STATEMENT
