Showroom Sales & Project Coordinator - Kitchen, Bath & Countertops EOS Granite & Tile /

Pay:
$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Full-time Immediate opening EOS Granite & Tile is seeking an experienced Showroom Sales & Project Coordinator to assist customers and coordinate kitchen, bathroom, countertop, tile, and remodeling projects from the initial consultation through completion. This position is intended for someone with previous experience in sales, project coordination, interior design, construction administration, estimating, or a related customer-facing role. Direct experience with countertops, cabinetry, tile, flooring, kitchen and bathroom design, or remodeling is highly preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute more quickly and work with greater independence while continuing to receive paid training on our products, systems, and processes.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Greeting showroom customers and identifying their project needs Guiding customers through countertop, tile, cabinetry, kitchen, and bathroom selections Explaining product, material, and pricing differences Preparing estimates, proposals, and project documentation Reviewing plans, drawings, measurements, and job specifications Following up on estimates, leads, and active projects Managing customer communication throughout the project Coordinating material selections, orders, and deliveries Scheduling appointments, field measurements, templates, and installations Communicating with homeowners, contractors, installers, foremen, and vendors Tracking multiple projects from the initial consultation through completion Visiting job sites and assisting with measurements when needed Handling project changes, service concerns, and change orders Maintaining accurate customer and project records Collecting and documenting customer payments Assisting with showroom inventory and material orders Developing and maintaining long-term customer and contractor relationships This role includes the opportunity to manage individual customers and projects, participate in kitchen and bathroom design, and earn sales commission.
Qualifications Applicants should have:
At least two years of experience in sales, project coordination, interior design, construction administration, estimating, or a related customer-facing position Experience preparing estimates, proposals, or project documentation Experience managing customers or projects with limited supervision Experience reading plans, drawings, specifications, or measurements Strong customer-service and sales skills Professional phone, in-person, and written communication Strong organization and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple customers, schedules, and deadlines Basic computer, math, and measurement skills The ability to learn estimating and project-management software A high school diploma or GED A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable attendance and punctuality Experience with kitchen and bathroom products, countertops, cabinetry, tile, flooring, remodeling, construction scheduling, or design software is strongly preferred. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, or Excel is also helpful. Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. One to two rotating Saturdays per month, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Employees scheduled on Saturday receive a weekday off during that week Full-time applicants only Compensation and Benefits $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience and relevant industry knowledge Paid biweekly Paid training Sales commission opportunities Regular performance reviews and opportunities for raises Paid holidays Paid time off Paid sick time Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Benefits begin after successful completion of a paid 90-day introductory and training period.
