Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Inventory Manager to lead our used vehicle operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee the entire pre-owned vehicle sales process, manage inventory, and develop strategies to maximize sales performance. Your energetic approach will foster strong customer relationships, and drive growth in a competitive automotive marketplace. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for high-end sales, B2B interactions, and automotive industry excellence. Responsibilities Manage inventory availability aligned with market demand. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients, utilizing outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and B2B outreach. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, negotiation skills, and personalized communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, deals, and customer interactions efficiently. Conduct deal negotiations with confidence, including upselling high-value vehicles and financing options to maximize revenue. Collaborate with finance departments to explain automotive financing options clearly and assist customers in completing transactions smoothly. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, inventory movements, and customer interactions for reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership environment with a focus on pre-owned or passenger cars. Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, deal closing, and negotiation with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) with professional phone etiquette and client communication expertise. Demonstrated ability in inventory management, retail math, organizational skills, and CRM software utilization for effective sales support. Knowledge of automotive financing options, upselling techniques, outbound sales strategies including cold calling, and retail math concepts.
