Quakertown, PA Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

Process Sales Orders in coordination with Key Account and Outside Sales Managers. Monitor the main Sales inbox and respond to customers within 1-2 business days. Review Sales Orders for inventory availability, pricing accuracy, and required updates (pricing, Incoterms, etc.). Confirm orders and delivery dates through customer portals and internal systems. Coordinate with Purchasing to verify delivery timelines and resolve material shortages. Support quoting by identifying materials, costs, and lead times. Review open order reports and provide updated delivery information to clients. Work with Technical Sales to build product and service knowledge. Create, assign, and close Work Orders; work with BOMs as needed. Maintain accuracy and meet customer deadlines (24-48 hour confirmations). Build rapport with clients and support company image. Organize electronic files in OneDrive per ISO requirements. Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned. Salesforce CRM and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. Comfortable working across departments and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
