Job description: PA Home Surplus is a large home improvement retailer opening a new location in Quakertown. We sell deeply discounted kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, flooring, doors, trim, and more. We specialize in overstock, closeouts, scratch-and-dent, and brand-new materials — giving homeowners and contractors incredible value every day. We're growing our team and looking for a proactive Sales Specialist who thrives on helping clients while meeting sales goals. What You'll Do Work directly with customers in-store and via appointments to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget. Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and visual representations for clients. Work with our in house designers to faciliate kitchen and bathroom designs. Follow up with leads and help move prospects through the sales process to close contracts. Maintain organized client records and communicate consistently. Who You Are Someone with strong sales instincts and a talent for building rapport and trust. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple design projects. Enthusiastic about home improvement and helping clients create functional, beautiful kitchens. Preferred Experience Prior kitchen or bath design experience and familiarity with cabinetry products. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
