Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls, providing detailed product or service information to generate interest and close sales opportunities Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, data entry, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems Support customer support efforts by resolving issues promptly, offering solutions, and enhancing overall client satisfaction Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear communication to build rapport with diverse clients Assist in processing transactions accurately while adhering to organizational procedures Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment Experience Previous call center experience or customer service background is highly preferred in the building products industry.
