Home Solutions Coordinator Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical Do you love the thrill of the close? We're looking for a confident phone closer to join our team as a Home Solutions Coordinator. This isn't cold calling into the void - you'll be reconnecting with customers who already know us, following up on estimates and leads to recover revenue and keep our schedule full. If you take pride in turning a "maybe" into a "done deal" while delivering a genuinely great customer experience, we want to talk to you. What you'll do: Follow up on unsold estimates and open leads by phone, chat, and email Rebook cancellations and rehash past leads to keep our techs busy Collect deposits and confirm financing to lock in the win Deliver a 5-star experience on every single call What we're looking for: Inside sales, telesales, or follow-up sales experience (a track record of hitting goals is a big plus) A friendly, confident, professional phone presence Self-motivated, goal-driven, and persistent - you don't let a lead slip away Comfortable learning new software (we use ServiceTitan) Willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
