Company Overview Healthy Solutions Medspa is a physician led medical aesthetics and wellness practice with two locations in Bucks County, Ivyland and Furlong. We are a top 500 Allergan injectable provider and have over 600 five star Google reviews. We are looking for a part time Patient Outreach and Sales Specialist to follow up with new leads, reconnect with past clients, and turn conversations into booked consultations. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the phone, is naturally persistent without being pushy, and genuinely enjoys people. You do not need medical spa experience. You need to be a closer who follows through.

What You Will Do:

Call and text new leads from our website and ads. Follow up consistently with warm leads who have not yet booked Reconnect with past clients about new treatments, memberships, and promotions Book consultations and appointments directly into our scheduling system Track every conversation and outcome so nothing falls through the cracks Represent our brand as warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, never salesy or scripted

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent phone presence, confident and warm, not robotic Persistent. You follow up more than once and do not give up on a lead easily Friendly and people first. You like talking to people and it shows Organized. You can manage a list of leads without letting any go cold Sales or customer service background preferred, medical spa experience is a plus but not required Comfortable using a CRM or scheduling software, we will train you on our systems.

Schedule:

Part time, flexible hours available, some evening availability preferred to reach leads after work hours.

Pay:

Hourly, plus bonus for booked and completed consultations
