Range Safety Officer/ Sales and Service Representative (RSO) We are searching for energetic, customer oriented representatives to build a community focused range! We believe in building relationships and community with a focus on performance in the shooting sports and self defense. This role will be heavily relied on to create a positive customer experience while also promoting and enforcing safety on the range. No experience in the firearms industry? Thats OK! We provide full and comprehensive training on the specifics of the industry! Prior experience is not required but the desire to create a world class, positive customer experience is!

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years or older. Must have a willingness to learn Must be a team player and work well in a group setting. Must be available weeknights and at least 1 day on the weekend. A focus on customer service and maximizing the customer experience Willingness to cross train in retail and floor roles Legally able to possess firearms and pass a background check

JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintain safety in shooting ranges and facilities. Explain and enforce facility, firearms, and safety rules with customers. Check customers in and out of the range. Explain range procedures to customers. Explain the functionality of range equipment to customers. Explain the functionality of firearms to customers. Ensure Safety and Customer Satisfaction during range time Maintain the range by stocking range supplies, organizing and cleaning shooting tables and areas. Follow all OSHA standards. Help stock inventory in the pro-shop and assist other employees on day-to-day tasks when not on the range. Manage and process FFL paperwork and comply with ATF regulations
