Our members come to us to reduce stress, increase energy, improve recovery, support healthy aging, manage pain, optimize sleep, and enhance overall wellness through therapies including Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, PEMF Therapy, Cold Plunge, EZ Water Therapy, and advanced recovery technologies. We're growing and looking for a passionate, motivated professional to join our team. This Is Not a Typical Front Desk Position We're not looking for someone who simply wants a job. We're looking for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, recovery, and longevity and wants to help others improve their lives. This role combines exceptional client service, relationship building, and membership sales. You will be one of the faces of our business and play a critical role in helping new clients become long-term members of the dtXfy community. • Deliver an exceptional client experience from the moment someone walks through our doors
• Build genuine relationships with members and guests
• Conduct studio tours and educate clients about our therapies and membership options
• Convert prospective clients into long-term members
• Follow up with leads and prospective members
• Consistently work toward and achieve monthly membership sales goals
• Assist clients in selecting wellness plans that align with their goals
• Open and close the studio
• Handle day-to-day operational responsibilities
• Resolve routine client concerns professionally and confidently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Represent the dtXfy brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm What We're Looking For
• Our ideal candidate practices what they preach and has a genuine interest in health optimization, recovery, fitness, wellness, or longevity
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, recovery, biohacking, or longevity
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently asking for the sale
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
