Job Summary:

•Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the pre-owned vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a positive and informative experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the automotive market, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Compensation Range:

$60,000 - $100,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:

•Proactively engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences. Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages of pre-owned inventory. Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair purchase prices. Facilitate test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle performance and safety features. Assist customers with financing options and complete all necessary sales documentation. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current pre-owned inventory, pricing, and promotions. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering repeat business and referrals. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Collaborate effectively with other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Qualifications:

•Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
