Position Summary The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting Ziamatic's customers, distributors, and outside sales team. This position is responsible for managing in-bound inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact through delivery. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, personable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Provide accurate product information, pricing, lead times, and order status updates. Process sales orders, quotes, and RMAs in accordance with company procedures. Support the outside sales team with documentation, follow‑ups, and customer communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEM partners, and end‑users. Troubleshoot order issues, coordinate with production and shipping, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Ziamatic products, part numbers, and applications. Assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and general administrative tasks. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling based on customer needs. Conduct weekly outbound sales calls to enhance customer satisfaction, foster strong relationships, and drive new business development. Represent Ziamatic with professionalism, responsiveness, and a customer‑first mindset. Qualifications Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical product information clearly. Proficiency with order‑entry systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments. Familiarity with firefighting, emergency‑response, or industrial equipment.
