This individual will be the principle point of contact for all internal and external customers requiring order management assistance for products, parts and services, from order acceptance through to delivery and receipt. To be responsible for the regulatory compliance requirements for the movement of VLTs within state and outside of state. To process Inspired owned and 3rd party stock movement transactions, across a range of Inspired owned and 3rd party locations. To investigate discrepancies and facilitate auditing in line with Company approved timelines and processes. Hybrid role, mix of home and office working. Job Type

Duties To manage the customer relationship on all orders for products and services, from receipt through to fulfillment. Produce & maintain customer contracts in line with sales agreements. To cleanse and accept all orders on Inspired's behalf. For manufacture, refurbishment, and product installation. ensuring all data relating to customer order and scheduling are correct at the point of receipt. To make all customer commitments for product delivery, product installation, order fulfillment, with due diligence to product and resource availability and customer request dates. To provide approved quotations, where applicable, for non-standard works such as refurbishment requests and external logistics requests. To provide formal acceptance of all orders, and facilitate the interaction with internal teams, to ensure all acknowledge and accept order requirements. To ensure that any project installation schedules are kept up to date and accurate. To intervene and assist in resolution of order sticking points, which are at risk of impacting ability to meet customers' expectations, and Inspired commitments. To maintain current product delivery and installation lead-time / pricing schedules. To undertake and maintain the administration of Inspired purchasing and asset management systems, in order to ensure asset integrity and compliance of stock. To process requests for receipt and despatch of stock in a timely fashion. To identify stock discrepancies and opportunities for stock optimisation. To process stock reports identifying any anomalies requiring investigation on the asset management system. To liaise with manufacturing departments to ensure that information relating to manufactured stock is generated, receipted, and maintained on the asset management system. To facilitate period and year end stock checks as prescribed in accordance with current process. Day to day administration of parts orders, to ensure that all orders for replenishment of parts are processed and supplied in line with agreed limits and timescales. To monitor and ensure the return of all 'Advance Replacement' spares, liaising directly with customers. Tracking software & hardware deployment projects with Terminal Operators. Attend regular customer & supplier meetings. Required Skills and Experience Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills. Numeracy skills. CRM/Purchase and sales order experience. Competent in MS office. Administrative record keeping practices. UHC Standard offers in-network at 100% and out of network at 70% after deductible is met.
UHC HDHP 2000
offers in-network coverage at 90% after deductible is met and out-of-network at 70% after deductible is met. The HDHP allows for a Health Savings Account (HAS) for all participating employees. The HSA funds can be rolled over each year or transferred to investment accounts and is funded by the employee and employer. Employer coverage is $2,000 for employee and $4,000 for Family. Employee can contribute the difference not to exceed $3,550 and $7,100 respectively. If we are asking employees to cover a portion of their benefits on the Standard plan, then we might consider offering the full lump sum for the high deductible plan for the employee.
