About Us URVA Aviation USA Corp. is an aircraft sales & maintenance company based at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (KFXE). We sell brand-new, near-zero-hour light aircraft, along with a select inventory of pre-owned aircraft. We're looking for a motivated, independent sales professional to join our team on a commission basis. The Role We handle lead generation, marketing, and advertising — you focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals. This is a fully independent, commission-only position. There is no requirement to work from an office or keep fixed hours; you'll only need to be present for scheduled client meetings and aircraft showings/demonstrations. Responsibilities Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company Meet with prospective buyers to present aircraft, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process Coordinate aircraft showings and demo flights (as applicable) Support negotiations through to contract signing and closing Maintain professional, timely communication with clients and the URVA team throughout the sales cycle What We're Looking For Working knowledge of aviation — enough to confidently present and sell an aircraft to a buyer (pilot experience or aviation background is a strong plus, not required) Proven sales experience in any industry (big-ticket / high-value sales experience preferred: real estate, yachts, luxury vehicles, etc.) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Based in Florida Compensation 100% commission-based — a fixed, pre-defined commission per aircraft sold No base salary
