This is a commission-based sales position focused on prospecting, networking, and closing commercial cleaning contracts with office buildings, medical facilities, industrial sites, schools, retail locations, and other commercial properties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident in face-to-face sales, and comfortable building relationships with decision-makers such as facility managers, property managers, and business owners. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new commercial cleaning leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, door-to-door outreach, and online research Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients Identify customer needs and recommend customized cleaning solutions Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions Qualifications Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, janitorial, or related industries is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred Compensation 100% commission-based compensation High earning potential with uncapped commissions Residual/recurring commissions available on maintained accounts Bonus opportunities for achieving sales targets Schedule Flexible schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities available Why Join Us?
