About Pine Brook Manor Pine Brook Manor is a private 110-acre estate in the Hudson Valley, about 90 minutes from New York City. Surrounded by water and pine forest, the property is designed for couples looking to host weddings that are intentional, personal, and immersive. We host one celebration at a time, with both single-day and multi-day wedding experiences. Couples typically know quickly when the property is the right fit, especially after an in-person visit. Job Overview Pine Brook Manor is seeking an experienced sales professional to serve as a Booking Partner focused on weddings and events. This is a performance-driven independent contractor opportunity for someone confident guiding high-value, emotional purchase decisions and comfortable owning outcomes from first conversation through booking. You will work with a consistent flow of inbound inquiries, with flexibility to supplement through your own outreach if desired. This role is best suited for someone who prefers autonomy, works well independently, and is motivated by results rather than structure. Typical booking timelines range from initial inquiry to decision over several weeks, depending on the couple. Responsibilities Lead conversations with prospective couples through phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person tours Understand client priorities and position the property in a way that resonates Guide discussions around guest count, timing, budget, and overall fit Navigate questions and objections with confidence Follow up consistently and move conversations toward a clear outcome Manage and prioritize your own pipeline Build relationships and generate additional opportunities through outreach, partnerships, or personal network Work within established pricing and positioning guidelines to ensure a consistent, premium guest experience How the Role Works This is an independent contractor role. You control how and when you work and may pursue other opportunities alongside this role You will have access to a consistent flow of inbound inquiries Inbound inquiries are assigned and owned through the booking process once actively engaged, with clear guidelines to ensure consistency and avoid overlap You will have access to our CRM, materials, and scheduling tools to support conversations and pipeline management You are free to manage your schedule, outreach, and approach in a way that works best for you You may focus on inbound opportunities, build your own pipeline, or both Qualifications Proven experience closing high-value services, events, or experiences Strong communication skills and polished professional presence Ability to build trust quickly and read people well Confidence leading conversations without scripts or close oversight Comfort working independently and managing your own workflow Strong judgment in prioritizing opportunities and driving decisions Compensation Commission-based Commission is earned on confirmed bookings only, defined as signed agreement and deposit received Higher earning potential for self-generated opportunities Commission rates may vary based on inbound versus self-generated bookings Earnings potential scales meaningfully with performance, particularly for self-generated bookings Ideal Candidate Has prior success in sales and is comfortable being accountable for results Prefers autonomy over a highly structured environment Is motivated by earning potential rather than fixed compensation Can represent a premium property with confidence and professionalism Not a Fit For Entry-level candidates or those new to sales Candidates looking for a salary, fixed schedule, or day-to-day oversight Candidates who rely heavily on scripts or need constant direction To Apply Please share your background, including specific experience closing or working directly with clients. Most Booking Partners who stay consistent with inbound opportunities and follow-up earn between $50,000 and $90,000 annually, with higher earning potential for those who generate their own opportunities. Top performers can exceed $100,000+ based on booking volume and performance. Earnings will vary based on activity level, close rate, and contribution to new business.
