We are growing and looking for energetic, professional individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. The Position As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of Solar-Fit in our local community. Your primary mission is to represent our brand with excellence and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many homeowners, building interest and educating the community on the benefits of switching to solar energy. Your Mission Serve as the primary face of Solar-Fit at local events, marketing ventures, and community outreach efforts. Actively generate new residential solar leads for our sales team. Educate homeowners on the long-term value and benefits of Solar-Fit's installations. Build strong rapport with prospective customers to drive appointment setting.

Requirements Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to comfortably engage with the public.

Drive:

A high-energy, proactive approach to lead generation and brand representation.

Reliability:

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide local references.

Integrity:

Must have a squeaky-clean background (employment is contingent upon a successful background check).

Mindset:

A professional demeanor and a strong desire to grow within the company. Compensation & Growth We offer a highly competitive compensation structure designed to reward high performers.

Structure:

Base salary + commission + performance-based bonus awards.

Income Potential:

$60,000 - $120,000 per year.

Growth Opportunity:

Promotion to a Sun Team management position is a possibility based on individual performance.
