Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Builder Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between builders, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional support throughout the building process. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster positive relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to identify and execute service strategies for existing builders within your territory. Promote Tamlyn brands across a diverse network, including developers, engineers, and industry associations. Actively participate in local Builder Associations and industry trade shows to elevate Tamlyn's market presence. Deliver high-impact product seminars and pre-construction training for builders and installers using approved materials. Monitor and communicate market trends, competitor activity, and shifting conditions within your geographical footprint. Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience for builders and prospects. Manage on-site visits and attend dealer events, utilizing your judgment to prioritize customer needs and lead follow-ups.Job Requirements:
A proven ability to establish quick rapport and long-term trust with construction professionals. The ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications. Experience maintaining and expanding lead databases (SalesForce experience preferred). Strong organizational skills to prepare monthly progress reports and manage rebate documentation accurately. Exceptional conflict resolution skills and a commitment to punctuality and safety regulations. A self-directed work ethic with the flexibility to travel throughout the assigned territory. Minimum of 2 years experience in the field Must reside in the Valley area (South Texas).Job Type:
