About the Role We're looking for a driven and organized Business Development Associate to support our growth in the property management sector. In this role, you'll work closely with our Account Executives to identify and develop new business with HOAs, property management groups, and commercial real estate clients. This is an entry-level opportunity with a clear path toward becoming a full Account Representative. What You'll Do Research and identify prospective HOAs, property management companies, and commercial clients in our territory. Qualify leads and set meetings or site visits for Account Representatives. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts for prospective clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Pipedrive). Support Account Representatives on client visits and relationship-building efforts. Stay current on our services, industry trends, and ADA compliance requirements. Represent Precision Concrete Cutting at trade shows, industry events, and conduct in-person drop-ins with prospective property management clients. What We're Looking For This is an entry-level position — no prior sales experience required. Strong drive, goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn. Excellent communication skills — written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; CRM experience (Pipedrive or Salesforce) is a plus. Familiarity with property management, HOAs, or real estate is a plus but not required. Confident, resilient, and a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license required.
