Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively source new Clinical Services, RCM, and Workforce Solutions leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking and market research. Source and engage with contacts and find contact information for key decision-makers at hospitals and ASCs (C-Suite, VP-level level leaders, operations and medical teams) Build and maintain a strong funnel of qualified leads and meetings that contribute to the Growth team's pipeline. Track all activities, leads, and outreach in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Assist VPs of Business Development with client interactions and active opportunities including providing support and recommendations for next steps that contribute to closed won deals. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly outreach and lead generation targets. Travel to industry conferences and representation of NAPA at sponsored events. Attend in-person business meetings when requested by the client.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1- 3
years of experience in sales, business development or healthcare Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels. Ability to communicate confidently with executive-level healthcare leaders Ability to proficiently useMicrosoft Office:
Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Proficiency with CRM system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to travel on a limited basis to support the company's goals and objectives.KPIs Include:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
