Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Work from Home Hands on Training Life Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required or willingness to obtain. Life & Health Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain. Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing, and community involvement. Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions. Sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service. Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities. Follow up on leads and referrals provided through marketing efforts and personal prospecting. Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations. Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and professional development programs. Assist clients with policy changes, claims guidance, billing inquiries, and renewals. Maintain accurate client records using agency management systems. Work toward meeting and exceeding monthly production and sales goals. Learn agency operations, financial management, marketing strategies, and leadership skills in preparation for agency ownership. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop new Financial Services opportunities. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.Benefits
