We help Hampton Roads families find the right assisted living, memory care or senior living community, and we walk with them from the first phone call through move-in day. Our guidance costs families nothing. Our team is made up of people who have worked inside hospitals, skilled nursing, hospice, and home care, so we know what families are facing and what the professionals around them need. The role Healthcare professionals across the Southside see these families every day. As a 1099 Business Development Liaison, you'll build real relationships in the local care community and become the person those professionals trust to call when a family needs help. When they call, the Compass team takes it from there. You run your own business development. You set your workload, build your calendar and decide how to grow your territory. Compass gives you a trusted name, a team that takes great care of every family you introduce, and support behind every relationship you build. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Commission-only with no cap, paid on every family placed through the relationships you build. Established liaisons can expect estimated earnings of $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.
