In this role, you will drive outbound growth across the US and Latin American markets, build pipelines with key decision-makers, and represent our brand online and in person. This position includes structured mentorship designed to transition you into another role within 18-24 months.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting:
Execute multi-channel cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn using tools such as Apollo, CRM platforms, and AI productivity suites.
Market & Segment Building:
Develop targeted prospect lists, launch lookalike campaigns, and manage segment strategy across the US and LATAM regions.
Technical Growth:
Complete platform training bootcamps, shadow live sales demos, and continuously develop deep product knowledge.
Events & Representation:
Identify relevant industry conferences, represent DecisionRules at in-person events, and maintain an active professional social media presence.
Pipeline Management:
Keep CRM records updated, track engagement, and qualify inbound/outbound leads efficiently.
Qualifications Experience:
1-3 years of success as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS company.
Language:
Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (required); Portuguese as well is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with modern CRM systems, Apollo, and AI-driven sales tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; technical or business background is a strong plus.
Location:
Based in or near Virginia/East Coast for close initial working collaboration.
Travel:
Willingness to travel 10-30% of the time to conferences and on-sites with clients in North and South America, and visits to our HQ in Prague, Czech Republic.
