We're looking for a founding sales representative to help build our customer base from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape a sales territory from day one, with uncapped commission and the flexibility of a part-time, independent schedule. What You'll Do Prospect and close new accounts for flexo label production — this is 100% new business, ground-floor territory Target high-volume buyers capable of placing large runs (1M+ units), including food/beverage, CPG, agriculture, and specialty products Work directly with ownership to scope jobs, price competitively, and win business Build lasting client relationships as one of the company's first sales hires Manage your own schedule and pipeline — full independence, full accountability Ideal Candidate Experience in label, packaging, or print sales (flexo experience strongly preferred) Existing relationships with label buyers in the Central Valley or beyond a plus Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building something new rather than managing an inherited book Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal oversight Based in or able to travel within the Central Valley (Tracy, Stockton, Lodi, Modesto region) Compensation 10% commission on standard orders, uncapped 15% commission on qualifying first orders of 1M+ units (incentive for reps bringing immediate, ready-to-place business) Paid upon receipt of customer payment; no draw or salary Why Timoree As a new converter, early sales reps have outsized influence over territory, client relationships, and how the business grows — this isn't a seat in an established sales org, it's a chance to help build one.
