Business Development Representative

Job Overview We're looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to help grow our commercial client base. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with local businesses, and creating a strong sales pipeline. What You'll Do Conduct outbound calls to introduce our janitorial services and schedule qualified appointments Build and manage a pipeline through consistent outreach (calls & email) Track activity and follow-ups to stay organized and maximize opportunities Report on progress, wins, and opportunities for growth What We're Looking For Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Goal-driven with a positive, persistent attitude Compensation & Perks Hourly base pay + commission (uncapped earning potential) 4% commission on recurring monthly contracts $100 per qualified appointment set Additional bonuses for one-time jobs Flexible daytime schedule (Tuesday-Thursday) Hybrid role - only 1 day per week in office

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
