Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, driven, and results oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and generating qualified sales opportunities for the organization. Hybrid work schedule and full benefits! The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and developing relationships with decision makers. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research prospective clients and new business opportunitiesConduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other channelsGenerate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clientsDevelop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and business leadersUnderstand prospect needs, business challenges, and goals and communicate how the company can provide solutionsManage and maintain an accurate pipeline of prospective businessFollow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales development processQualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteriaCollaborate with sales and leadership teams to develop strategies for converting prospects into clientsMaintain accurate and timely activity, prospect, and pipeline information within the CRMMeet or exceed established activity, lead generation, appointment setting, and revenue goalsAttend networking events, industry events, and other business development activities as neededContinuously develop knowledge of the company's services, solutions, and value proposition
