Catering Sales Representative — $17/hr + 5% Commission Green Chile Cafe is looking for an experienced salesperson to help grow our catering business throughout the Salt Lake City area. We're looking for someone who already understands sales and is comfortable prospecting, making outbound calls, following up with leads, building relationships, and closing new business. You'll be responsible for finding local businesses that could benefit from our catering, introducing them to Green Chile Cafe, and developing those relationships into catering orders and recurring accounts.

Pay:

$17/hour + 5% commission on new catering sales you generate What You'll Do Prospect and identify potential catering customers Make outbound calls to local businesses and organizations Introduce prospective customers to Green Chile Cafe's catering options Generate and qualify new leads Follow up consistently with prospective customers Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers Close new catering accounts and orders Develop repeat and recurring catering customers Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow-ups Track outreach, conversations, opportunities, and sales What We're Looking For Previous sales experience required Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, or business development strongly preferred Comfortable initiating conversations with businesses and decision-makers Confident asking for the sale and closing business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Persistent and comfortable following up with leads Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and capable of managing your own sales pipeline Professional and personable when representing Green Chile Cafe Restaurant or catering experience is not required . We'll teach you our menu, catering options, pricing, and brand. We're looking for someone who already knows how to sell. We're looking to significantly expand our catering business with local offices, companies, organizations, events, and other groups throughout the Salt Lake City area. This is a great fit for an experienced salesperson who enjoys building something, working independently, and directly benefiting from the business they generate.
