Publish Print & Mail is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven salesperson to help grow our commercial printing and direct-mail business throughout Prosper, Celina, Frisco and the surrounding North Texas area. We operate a professional commercial printing and mailing facility in Prosper and help businesses reach their customers through direct mail, marketing materials and high-quality printed products. We are looking for someone who can build lasting business relationships—not simply take orders. This is a hybrid position. The person selected will initially spend time in our Prosper office learning our equipment, products, pricing, production process and customer service standards. After training, the position will include a combination of office work, remote work, telephone and email prospecting, networking, and in-person customer meetings. What You'll Do Develop new relationships with local businesses, insurance agencies, real estate companies, medical and dental offices, restaurants, contractors, churches, schools and other organizations Prospect through telephone calls, email, networking, referrals and in-person visits Meet with business owners and marketing decision-makers Identify opportunities for recurring printing and direct-mail campaigns Help customers select the right products, quantities, paper, finishing and mailing options Prepare and follow up on quotes in coordination with our production team Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, quotes and active customers Follow jobs from initial conversation through completion Grow and maintain a profitable book of recurring accounts Represent Publish Print & Mail professionally throughout the local business community Products and Services You'll Sell Direct-mail campaigns Postcards, letters and envelopes Flyers and brochures Business cards and presentation materials Door hangers Banners and signs Variable-data and personalized printing Printing, folding, inserting, addressing and mailing services Custom commercial-printing projects Who We're Looking For A confident and professional communicator Self-motivated and comfortable creating new business Organized, dependable and responsive Comfortable meeting customers in person and working independently Able to understand pricing, margins and customer needs Interested in building recurring relationships rather than chasing one-time transactions Familiar with Prosper, Celina, Frisco and the surrounding North Texas business community Willing to learn the technical side of commercial printing and direct mail Previous experience in commercial printing, direct mail, promotional products, advertising, marketing or business-to-business sales is required. Compensation Base salary of $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience Uncapped commission on profitable completed jobs Additional earning potential from recurring customer accounts Estimated first-year total compensation of $75,000-$100,000+ Higher earning potential for someone who develops a substantial recurring book of business Commission is paid after the customer's invoice has been collected. Postage, sales tax, delivery charges and other pass-through expenses are excluded from commission calculations. Work Arrangement This is not a fully remote position. Initial training will take place at our Prosper office. Once trained, the salesperson may divide their time between the office, remote work and customer meetings in the field. Regular local availability and participation in the North Texas business community are expected. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
