Commercial Sales Representative (B2B) - Pest Control The Bug Master | Houston, TX $100K+ OTE | Base + Uncapped Commission | Field-Based About The Bug Master & The Role The Bug Master is a family-owned pest control company with over 40 years of experience serving commercial and residential clients across Texas. We help businesses protect their facilities, reputation, and operations through proactive pest and facility solutions. We're hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to drive new business across commercial and multi-site accounts . This is a field-based, business development role focused on prospecting, building relationships, and closing recurring service agreements. This is not a technician role —you own the sales process from first conversation through close, while our operations team handles service delivery. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new commercial business ( ~80% hunting / 20% inbound ) Conduct on-site inspections and identify pest and facility risks Sell to business owners, operations leaders, and decision-makers Build and present tailored service solutions Close recurring service agreements Grow and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery Requirements 3+ years of B2B sales experience Proven ability to prospect and close new business Experience selling to commercial/business clients Comfortable in a field-based sales role with local travel Valid driver's license Skills & Abilities Strong consultative selling and closing skills Ability to build pipeline and manage a territory Confidence in face-to-face client interactions Ability to identify needs and present value-based solutions Strong time management and self-direction Experience & Education Experience in pest control, facilities, HVAC, uniform services (Cintas/Aramark), or similar B2B industries preferred Experience selling into multi-site or mid-market accounts preferred Background in recurring service sales a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission On-target earnings: $100K+ (top performers earn more) Full benefits package Opportunity to build and grow your own book of business
