Construction Sales Representative - Commercial & Residential Felice Contracting Group is seeking a motivated, aggressive, and relationship-driven Construction Sales Representative to help grow our commercial and residential construction divisions throughout Long Island and the surrounding areas. Compensation $30-$35/hour + Commission This position offers a strong hourly base with additional commission for new business generated and projects awarded. There is significant earning and advancement potential for someone who can consistently bring profitable construction opportunities to the company. What You'll Be Doing Prospect for new commercial and residential construction opportunities Develop relationships with general contractors, property managers, developers, architects, business owners, and homeowners Make outbound calls, emails, and in-person introductions Get Felice Contracting Group added to GC and vendor bid lists Follow up aggressively and professionally on estimates and proposals Maintain relationships with existing and previous clients Identify upcoming projects and new bidding opportunities Network throughout the Long Island construction and real estate industries Work directly with ownership and our estimating team to turn leads into awarded contracts Who We're Looking For We want someone who is self-motivated and sales-driven. This is not a position where you wait for leads to be handed to you. Construction knowledge is strongly preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with experience in: Construction or building-material sales Commercial real estate Property management Outside sales Business development Contractor/vendor relations Existing relationships with Long Island general contractors, developers, property managers, architects, or commercial property owners are a major plus.
