We are looking for a service-oriented Customer Success Representative to improve customer retention and increase upsells/referrals by ensuring customer satisfaction. • Own the entire relationship post sale with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention and satisfaction
• Establish trusted relationships with your assigned clients by becoming a strategic advisor while promoting the value of our products and services
• Maintain customer success strategies and best practices
• Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed
• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts identifying areas of opportunity
• Use consultative approach to guide clients through the on boarding processes, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
• Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and retention
• Identify areas for improving the customer experience and internal processes
• Takes ownership of client issues and applies critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer data analysis and/or reporting
• Leverages subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries
• BS or BA in business or related field highly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
