Pay:
$25-$30 per hour (Approximately 20 hours per week) About Renovate Ease Renovate Ease is one of Utah's fastest-growing bathroom remodeling companies. We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who thrives on organization, communication, and building relationships with customers throughout their remodeling journey. Position Summary The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring every customer receives timely, proactive communication from the time they sign their contract until their project is complete. This role is focused on customer satisfaction, reducing cancellations, collecting payments, and creating five-star experiences. Responsibilities Provide weekly updates to all pre-construction customers. Maintain communication with approximately 40 active customers in the pipeline. Coordinate with Project Managers to gather accurate project updates. Follow up on scheduling, materials, and project readiness. Make AR collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare and send preliminary lien notices. Request customer reviews at project completion. Conduct final customer satisfaction calls. Escalate customer concerns before they become larger issues. Document all customer communication in our CRM. Assist with administrative projects as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, customer success, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone. Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Experience using CRM software is preferred. Success Looks Like Every customer receives proactive communication at least once per week. 90%+ Net Promoter Score (NPS). Five or more new 5-star reviews generated each month. Timely follow-up on outstanding customer payments. Customer concerns are addressed before becoming complaints. Accurate documentation of every customer interaction. Benefits $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 20 hours per week).
