As soon as possible About Us Utah Endocrinology Associates is a well-established, high-volume specialty clinic dedicated to providing exceptional endocrine care. We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice. Our clinic fosters a supportive, collaborative environment that values professionalism, integrity, and patient-centered care. Position Summary The ideal candidate will work closely with our experienced endocrinologists and advanced practice providers to evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working in a structured and collegial clinical setting. Prior endocrinology experience is a plus but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. The job would require working at our Ogden (Washington Terrace) location 2 days a week with to increase the work days to 3 and then 4 days a week or more as the practice grows. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing management of endocrine conditions Interpret relevant lab and imaging studies to guide diagnosis and treatment Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plans, and lifestyle recommendations Collaborate with our team and refer to specialists when necessary Document all encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the EMR (Athena) Support clinic operations and contribute to quality improvement efforts Qualifications Valid Utah license as a PA or NP (or ability to obtain) Prior experience in endocrinology preferred, but not required Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Patient-focused approach with a commitment to excellence Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Part-time availability with possible increase in work days as the practice grows What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical and dental insurance (only once the weekly hours exceed 32 hours a week) Paid time off CME and ongoing professional development opportunities Supportive and collegial work culture in a thriving metro area We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
