We're looking for motivated, design-savvy pros who are great with people and even better at transforming spaces. If you've got an eye for design and strong communication skills this could be your perfect next position. We're looking for someone friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented to join us as a Design Consultant who will also focus on networking and business development. This is a creative role where you get to work one-on-one with clients, design custom storage solutions, and help make their dream spaces a reality. Plus, you'll earn great commissions while doing it!

What You'll Do:

Meet with clients in their homes to assess storage needs and style preferences Design custom closet solutions that wow—both in function and aesthetics Present product features and your vision with confidence Take precise measurements and craft detailed proposals Travel around the Chicagoland area (you'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation) Promote at Trade Shows and other local Vendor Opportunities Network Locally in person & virtually Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

What You'll Earn:

Commission varies with effort and performance Commission Structure 12% on house-generated leads 15% on your own leads (you go, networker!) What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of home sales/design experience Great communication skills—you're confident, personable, and a good listener Strong attention to detail—measurements matter A love of organization and home design Available at times for night and weekend leads. Comfortable working some evenings and weekends (when most clients are home) Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running Must be able to commute to clients living in the Chicagoland, SW Michigan, NW Indiana areas Sound like a fit?
