Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative sales professional with experience in the home goods space. You will be responsible for working with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing window treatments. This a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. The position has a base salary + uncapped commissionDuties:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budget. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- travel to customer's homes to provide in-home consultations
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in home industry
- proven experience in design sales
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to take accurate and reliable measurements with appropriate tool (tape measurer, laser measure, etc)
- Reliable transportation to travel within the designated sales territory
