Ideal Experience Includes:
Digital marketing and email campaign development B2B lead generation or business development Cold/warm email and phone outreach Prospect research and list building CRM and marketing automation platforms AI tools for research, content creation, marketing, automation, or data analysis Copywriting and campaign strategy Graphic design and marketing collateral creation Understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates, and ROI Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate confidently with business leaders and decision-makers Ability to learn and adopt new technology quickly Willingness to travel for business-development opportunities as needed Experience in financial services, insurance, employee benefits, credit unions, associations, unions, or affinity-group marketing is a major plus. Experience with American Income Life or a similar group-based business model could also translate well to this position. The Opportunity This is more than a marketing position. You'll help build a new national business-development channel for FESA. You'll research organizations, identify decision-makers, develop relationships, create campaigns, leverage AI and technology, test what works, and directly contribute to FESA's expansion into the private sector. We already know the in-person model works. Now we want to figure out how to scale it digitally.
