Digital Sales Lead —

E-Commerce, Social Media and TikTok Live Arbora Living Botanicals Location:

Chula Vista, CA, with a work-from-home option for candidates with a suitable home studio

Flexible, with scheduled live-selling sessions and additional time for content, website updates, and order fulfillment About Arbora Arbora Living Botanicals sells plants, planters, potting substrates, and plant-care supplies. We're hiring a Digital Sales Lead to grow our online business and manage the customer experience from product discovery through delivery. You'll manage our website, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. You'll create and publish daily content, host TikTok Live sales, manage online orders, and handle packing and shipping. Your schedule Live selling takes place during the store's off-hours.

Available windows are:

Sunday and Monday:

Flexible timing, with a minimum of two hours per scheduled live-selling session.

Tuesday-Saturday:

9:00-11:00 a.m. or 7:00-10:00 p.m. All times are Pacific. We'll agree on a recurring schedule based on your availability and business needs. You are not expected to work every available window. Content creation, customer responses, website maintenance, packing, and shipping require additional scheduled work time. Daily posts should be planned and scheduled in advance when appropriate. Work-from-home option Work from home is available for candidates with an approved studio setup suitable for live selling and product photography. Your setup should include reliable internet, clear audio, suitable lighting, and a clean, organized presentation area. Any plants or inventory held at home must be stored securely and maintained appropriately. You must remain available for local inventory pickups and fulfillment work in Chula Vista.
